What? Cargo’s Kaleidoscope Caravan Club night is back. This time curated by Five Easy Pieces who have summoned a worthy bill of live acts including Nite Jewel, The Golden Filter and yes another gold name – Gold Panda. Nite Jewel top the bill and are the main draw for us. Gorgeous dream disco from the synth heavy trio lead by the talented Ramona Gonzalez.
For Fans Of: Chromatics, Ariel Pink, Italians Do It Better.
The Golden Filter are another synth heavy outfit but from Brooklyn this time and a little less on the ambient side. Fronted by the Debbie Harry esque Ozzie Penelopie Lismore. Remixers for the likes of Cut Copy. Expect some bone melting, booty shaking bass.
Gold Panda is from London and has been picking up some rave reviews for live performances and split singles with the likes of Banjo Or Freakout. Already chosen by Simian Mobile Disco and Various Production as tour companions.
