Kisses – Bermuda
Regular readers will know we have a soft spot for L.A. based band Princeton a.k.a. twin brothers Matt and Jesse Kivel. Think then of our delight to find that brother Jesse has an aptly named electronic side project, Kisses, with his girlfriend, writer and fashion blogger Zinzi Edmundson. Then double this delight upon finding that their music is like a long lost Jens Lekman song.

The Middle East hail from Townsville in Queensland, Australia. They originally self released their debut EP The Recordings Of The Middle East in 2008 and then Oz label Spunk records re-released the sucker mid 2009. The primary adjective that applies to their music is beautiful but harmonious, subtle and intricate also fit the picture. About to support Mumford & Sons in the U.S. following SXSW.

Foals – Spanish Sahara (Mount Kimbie Remix)
Has it really been four years since Foals stunning debut album Antidotes? No. It’s been two! The Oxford boys are back though with a new album titled ‘Total Life Forever’ due out on May 10th. The first glimpse of said album came yesterday with the radio premier of new track, ‘Spanish Sahara’ and this rather tasty Mount Kimbie mix, aired today by the seemingly ill fated 6 Music. Welcome back boys. Long live 6 Music.
