Review: Local Natives @ Hoxton Square, Jan 19th.
It looks like it’s going to be a good year for LA’s Local Natives. Kid Harpoon, Kurran and The Wolfnotes @ Hoxton B&K, Nov 30th.
What? London cowboy Kid Harpoon plays his only full band show of 2009. Kurran and The Wolfnotes are main support on the night and having seen these guys at our Acoustic Consequences show last week, we can highly recommend you check out their melodious beauty.

AJ Holmes & The Hackney Empire, Samuel & The Dragon @ Hoxton Bar & Kitchen, Nov 25th.
What? Moshi Moshi present their latest night with live performances from the pleasingly named (for this Hackney resident) AJ Holmes & The Hackney Empire, new signings Samuel & The Dragon and Safe House. AJ Holmes & The Hackney Empire thankfully live up to their name with Afro-Beat infused, eccentric pop.
