You Massive Radar – Bands of 2010 part 1
Here’s who’s got us excited about 2010. We’ve tried to leave off most of the BBC esque acts as you already know about them right? There may be a couple of crossovers though. And no we’re not going to use the term ‘ones to watch’ anywhere. Except there obviously. Let us know anyone we’ve missed as inevitably there will be a lot. Part 2 to follow soon. On Repeat: Princeton – Cocoon Of Love
Princeton’s debut album Cocoon Of Love is finally out this month (Sept 29th) through Kanine Records. It seems like an eternity of waiting for it since first picking up their superb Bloomsbury EP back in June 2008 but the wait is finally over. Cocoon Of Love delivers everything that their original EP promised they could and a little more. There’s even some electronic flourishes added to the mixer this time round but don’t worry they haven’t gone 80s on you.

On Repeat: Princeton – The Waves.
Princeton if you haven’t heard them are from California and make glorious, intelligent sunshine pop. I could probably make music as uplifitng as this if I lived in California. No that’s an outright lie, I’d still suck.
