Citadels are set to release their second single The Chemical Song as a Pure Groove exclusive on March 1st. It’s been described as widescreen and spacey and both of these apply but most importantly it is absolutely MASSIVE! You’re going to be hearing a lot from this London band. Even the b-side is top notch.

What? Solid Gold are a Minneapolis band apparently ‘on the verge of signing to a big UK label’ according to Pure Groove Records who host this free instore. Their album ‘Bodies Of Water’ got an exclusive release by Rough Trade in January and has been rocking our stereo for a few months now. Wonderfully downbeat dance tracks and sad synth pop.
