Male Bonding – Male Bonding
So last week saw the launch party for Male Bonding‘s debut album ‘Nothing Hurts’ out through Sub Pop who are scrapping it out with the likes of Captured Tracks for the title of our label of the year. We’re happy to champion this glorious debut and not just because they live around the corner from us in Dalston but also because it’s bloody good.

Avigdor Zahner-Isenberg is the little whirlwind of a driving force behind Avi Buffalo, a band of teens and early twenties from Long Beach California who are causing a storm with their self-titled debut album out on the legendary Sub Pop label. Avi Buffalo – Avi Buffalo
Today marks the official release of Avi Buffalo‘s magnificent debut album through Sub Pop. The longplayer has been a mainstay on our stereo for months now and we can confirm that it only gets better with time. Avi Buffalo is the adopted name of 19 Year Old prodigy Avigdor Zahner-Isenberg and his band from Long Beach California. With a unique high voice and virtuoso guitar skills Avi is the sort of talent that only comes along once in a Pink Moon.
