What? Sexbeat presents: Lovvers, Demons, Teen Sheiks. Lovvers are pretty much our favourite UK lo-fi band at the moment. It’s good to see them doing well off the back of some enregetic live shows and the release of their much anticipated (for us anyway) new album ‘Ocd Go Go Go Girls’ on Wichita Recordings.

Crocodiles @ The Victoria, Oct 23rd.
What? Dirty Bingo vs Loud & Quiet presents: Crocodiles, Teen Sheiks, Cheatahs. Crocodiles are a San Diego lo-fi band who mix a bit of Jesus and Mary Chain with a bit of British 80s guitar pop. All in all proving a somewhat delicious cocktail on their debut album ‘Summer Of Hate’. We picked them out as one of our favourites from a booming California scene on our recent lo-fi on my hi-fi feature.
